The Drought

Now it is illegal to have a green lawn. Quite literally, water restrictions are that tight now that no one's lawn is green and if it is, then CLEARLY they've been doing the wrong thing. I was shocked the other day when we drove past a paddock and i went 'Wow, the grass is green'. It had been that long since i'd seen proper green grass and it stood out so much, just htis patch of green amongst yellow and brown.

Just thought i'd share that little thought with you all, how thrilling it must be for you!

It IS thrilling! I can imagine that the grass dies there, hehe that would never happen here though, our summers are filled with rainy days... But I see what you mean though as with people with green lawns. In Australia it would probably be a bit stupid to water your own lawn as it's clearly too hot to be growing any... And what thoughts will you give other people when you decide to have a green lawn! Haha it sounds so stupid, but I see what you mean. I would be more surprised to see a brown/yellow one than a green though.

I hope everything is great with you. Love you, Emelie xoxox

YOUR GOING TO JAPAN?! Is there by any chance some room between your luggage?
Naww well anyways have a great time there..
Wish I could ever do something like that... *Humpf*

And for the green grass... Some people always know how to get things they arent supposed to have with lupoles or without them. Everything for a green lawn. And on the contrary we here have TOO much rain. It never seems to get to a good balance between no and too much rain over here .

Have a great time again... And keep us updated...
